The system manages sales, inventory, and accounting operations in real time, ensuring seamless data synchronization and fast, reliable workflows.

🏝️ A custom multi-branch management system built for Dive Pro, a diving company operating in Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh. The system centralizes operations across branches through a real-time online server, handling bookings, accounting, and staff management with precision. Designed for efficiency, it automates workflows, synchronizes data between locations, and simplifies financial tracking with an integrated accounting tree.
TC Medical Management System
🏥 A comprehensive full-stack medical management platform covering the complete lifecycle of patient cases from clinic admission through insurance claim settlement and financial closure. Built for multi-location clinic operations with strict role-based access control, a maker/checker financial verification layer, and real-time Telegram alerts for critical events. Designed to eliminate financial leakage, enforce compliance, and give management full visibility over clinical and financial operations.
PlayStation Cafe Management System
🎮 A full-featured offline-capable management system built for PlayStation gaming venues. Handles multi-device floor operations in real time through an interactive drag-and-drop floor blueprint letting staff visually manage PS3, PS4, and PS5 devices across the venue. Supports dual session modes, unified billing for extra services, and a full reporting dashboard. Built with bilingual Arabic/English support and dynamic RTL/LTR layout switching.
Car Rental Platform
A car rental platform built with a modern, minimal interface focused on smooth browsing, fast search, and an effortless booking flow. The system includes a fully custom reservation manager that handles submissions, updates, filtering, and admin-side operations with a clean, optimized workflow. The front-end experience is lightweight, responsive, and designed to leave a strong first impression.
Student Assistant
🎓 A full-stack academic assistant platform that helps students manage courses, summarize content, generate quizzes, and calculate GPAs. Built as a graduation project combining AI, automation, and practical study tools, it integrates a Python (Flask, ML) backend with a PHP-based interface and a MySQL database for persistent storage.
Eagles Spa Website
A clean, high-converting spa and massage website built with WordPress and PHP. Designed in Figma with custom UI sections and optimized for fast loading, structured content, and strong on-page SEO. Includes WhatsApp API reservation buttons for instant booking and smoother client engagement.
Android-Based NVR Surveillance Server
NVR server that runs directly on an Android device using a custom Ubuntu-on-Termux environment. The system handles continuous recording, organizes footage by date, and exposes a modern LAN-accessible web interface with a calendar view, timeline scrubbing, and adjustable playback speeds. The server auto-starts on boot, manages storage cleanly, and supports remote access through Tailscale when needed.
Input Modulation App (Windows)
Windows desktop application that performs real-time input modulation using low-level system APIs. The tool manages device-level mouse movements and applies parameterized control curves based on user-selected profiles. Includes a custom UI, live configuration editing, and persistent operator data storage.
